📘 Even MORE knitting mystery books to unravel
This is the 3rd entry in our series on this topic. You can find the first and second here.
We continue to be surprised at how many knitting murder mystery books there are.
There's so many that we're not even close to finishing this series. 😅
So if you're into cozy mysteries with some cozy knits, these books might be for you.
What is it about? For a twenty-eight-year-old single mum, Paislee has knit together a sensible life for herself, her ten-year-old son Brody, and Wallace, their black Scottish terrier. Having inherited a knack for knitting from her dear departed grandmother, Paislee also owns a specialty sweater shop called Cashmere Crush, where devoted local crafters gather weekly for her Knit and Sip.
Paislee discovers a young woman who she recently rehired to help in the shop dead in her flat, possibly from an overdose of her heart medicine. But as details of the death and the woman’s life begin to raise suspicions for Detective Inspector Zeffer, it’s Paislee who must untangle a murderous yarn . . .
What is it about? FBI special agents Wes Smith and Fountain Rhodes love their girlfriends, they really do. Even though Harry (Harriett) Flanagan and Molly Whittier keep getting them involved in mayhem and murder at every yarn event they accompany them to. Still, there’s not much they won’t do for love.
What is it about? Molly Stevenson rather expected her new job at Crabapple Yarns to be deadly boring... but somehow she just didn't expect the "deadly" part to be quite so literal. After all, what could possibly be more sweet and innocent than a yarn store and a bunch of ladies knitting? But, working at a yarn store really didn't fit into her Life Plan. She never expected to become a knitter. She never expected to discover a Knitting Fairy. And, she most certainly never expected a Knitting Fairy to try to kill her either.
What is it about? Ariadne Evans is the proud owner of her very own knitting shop. And she’s just got herself in a stitch. When Ariadne enters her knitting store one day to find longtime customer Edith Perry strangled to death with homespun yarn, she fears her life is about to come undone—again, since she’s still getting over a divorce. Now it’s up to Ariadne to do some sleuthing of her own. Can she untangle the investigation without getting snarled up into too much trouble? That depends on whether the killer is as crafty as she is...
What is it about? Dessert chef Casey Feldstein doesn’t know a knitting needle from a crochet hook. But after her aunt dies unexpectedly, leaving Casey to run her yarn retreat business, the sweets baker finds herself rising to the occasion—and trying to unravel a murder mystery…
When a retreat regular is found murdered in her hotel room, Casey begins to weave the clues together and detects a pattern which may shed light on her aunt’s suspicious death. Despite the danger, the last thing Casey plans to do is retreat. She’ll catch this killer...or dye trying.
